Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Valid DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Clean NPDB report and references.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat conditions across all ages.
• Order and interpret diagnostics and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacotherapy.
• Coordinate referrals with specialists for continuity of care.
• Document accurately in the EHR system.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
