Job summary
Petaluma Health Center in Sonoma County is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our award-winning team. You’ll practice in a team-based, outpatient setting integrated with behavioral health, with your own patient panel and strong support from certified medical assistants and RN staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program.
- Board Certified MD with current California License and DEA.
- Must maintain CME as required for certification renewals.
- CPR Certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct medical care including physical examinations and development of differential diagnoses.
- Order laboratory studies and manage medications and referrals.
- Administer and prescribe treatments; promote healthy lifestyles.
- Document patient information timely and accurately as per protocol.
- Participate in internal quality improvement teams and care initiatives.
