Duke Primary Care is recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Med-Peds physicians to join one of the largest and fastest-growing primary care networks in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.
• Eligible for DEA licensure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan (Family Medicine and Med-Peds) or adult populations (Internal Medicine).
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with advanced practice providers, nursing teams, and clinical support staff to coordinate care.
• Utilize Epic EMR and population health resources to support quality outcomes.
• Practice with the support of Abridge AI clinical documentation technology, helping reduce documentation time and allowing greater focus on patient care.
• Collaborate with specialists throughout the Duke Health network to ensure seamless patient care and referrals.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Optional opportunities for medical student, resident, and APP education based on interest and practice location.
