Northwell Health’s Department of Family Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the BEST Healthcare Center in Elmont, NY. This is an exciting time to join the Department as it continues to expand its footprint across the region while making a meaningful impact in the community. Bilingual candidates (Spanish-English) are highly preferred to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.
The Department of Family Medicine was formally created in April 2011. It comprises four residency programs located at Glen Cove Hospital, Plainview Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and Phelps Memorial. Our residents train across multiple community health centers and sites. There are nearly 500 family medicine physicians practicing in ambulatory, inpatient, administrative, and academic roles, caring for patients of all ages across the continuum of health.

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K. Factors influencing this range include physician specialty, experience, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity. The listed range is an estimate at the time of this posting and may be adjusted in the future.
