Family Medicine Physician - Competitive Pay and Quarterly Bonuses

Catalyst Health Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Victoria, TX. This local opportunity with ID 3178918814 has been live since 2025-05-02 20:14:20.

Summary

Be the first physician in a newly purchased and remodeled clinic in a rapidly growing area. The clinic is located in an upcoming neighborhood with many new family homes. You will be the sole physician, working alongside two experienced advanced practice providers. This practice serves all ages, with approximately 5% pediatrics, and handles a mix of commercial insurance and Medicare. Onsite lab and X-ray services are available, with options to send labs to external labs if needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of US-accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
• Active or in-process Physician license in Texas
• Active or in-process unrestricted DEA license
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency with EMR systems and modern computer programs
