Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, seeks a Family Practice Physician / Supervising Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and to serve as a clinical leader for the medical team.

The role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, supporting APPs, quality initiatives, and growth of team-based care in a community-focused health center. Applicants should be committed to serving diverse, underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Current DEA registration.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges.
• Must maintain all required licensure, certifications, registrations, and clinical privileges throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Lead and supervise APPs in clinical settings and ensure team-based care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and chart reviews.
• Participate in quality, safety, and leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on staffing, workflow, and access to care.
