Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our community-focused team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while collaborating with Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy and Dental colleagues in a supportive, integrated model.

We value clinician leadership, mentorship of students and a commitment to improving health outcomes for residents of Manitowoc and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin.
• Board Certification by ABFM or AOBFP.
• DEA registration and BLS Certification.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience; community health exposure preferred.

What We're Looking for:

• M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin
• Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP)
• DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS Certification)
• 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior work in community health or underserved populations preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based integrated care environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
