Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) and board certification or eligibility.
• Active Idaho medical license, Controlled Substance license, and DEA license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule primary care visits per agreed FTE status.
• See 15-20 patients per day.
• Maintain hospital privileges via agreement with another practice.
• Provide comprehensive health care for families including preventive and behavioral health.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and QA/QI activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and committees as requested.
