Job summary

NP Now, LLC seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient practice in Northern Idaho. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule from 7am to 4pm with 10–15 patients a day and focus on preventive care and root-cause medicine.

Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine is required. The role offers a base salary of $285,000, relocation and sign-on benefits, and comprehensive health and retirement plans with no on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care and preventative medicine.
• Ability to manage common chronic conditions across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
• Perform minor in-office procedures as needed.
• Deliver primary care across all ages with a root-cause approach.
• Support value-based care initiatives and a set weekly schedule.
• Maintain no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Provider’s Role

• Monday-Friday - 7am-4pm
• Average 10-15 patients per day

• No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
• The clinic is much less busy than a standard fee-for-service clinic/urgent care center (no productivity).
• No insurance billing or credentialing for insurance
