About the Role:

As a Center Clinical Director, you'll lead our care team and engage in market-specific duties. Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing patient care as a primary care physician, hospitalist, or skilled nursing facility physician.
• Leading and coaching physicians and clinicians, delivering training, and developing clinical training materials.
• Focusing on quality improvement, utilization review, care transitions, and participation in coverage planning.
• Contributing to team meetings, clinical discussions, and quality management programs.

Key Qualifications:

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty; board certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency experience, with at least 2 years in clinical leadership; experience in quality improvement and interdisciplinary teams is a plus.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills; ability to manage complex cases and lead teams effectively.
