• Duties:
  • Basic laboratory services
  • Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives
  • May be required to maintain active membership status
  • Actively demonstrates the organization’s mission
  • Knows and adheres to all laws and regulations
  • Performs complete, accurate history and physical assessment/examination
  • Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic tests and accurately
  • Prescribes appropriate treatment
  • Provides direct patient and family education
  • Determines the effectiveness of patient care plans, treatment and interventions
  • Responsible for communication with physician
  • Participates in medical record, patient care, quality assurance, process improvement and compliance audits, evaluations and follow-up
  • Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness
  • Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job

Requirements:

• Active IN License (highly preferred)
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• BLS & ACLS
• DEA
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccine
• Must be experienced in using EPIC
