- Participates in medical record, patient care, quality assurance, process improvement and compliance audits, evaluations and follow-up

Requirements:
- Active IN License (highly preferred)
- BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
- BLS & ACLS
- DEA
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine
- Must be experienced in using EPIC
