Summit Health Management in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding department. This physician-led practice offers collaborative, multidisciplinary care with strong support teams.

Compensation Range: $220,000-$350,000

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
