Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding department. Join a physician-led, collaborative team delivering integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care with APP collaboration and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $220,000-$350,000
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
