Job description

Join one of the top physician-owned medical organizations in the Willamette Valley as a full-time Family Medicine physician and be part of an exceptional Primary Care team in Salem, Oregon. This is a full-spectrum, outpatient position where you will care for a wide range of patients including some pediatrics. You can expect a highly collegial, fast-paced and supportive team environment that includes access to full-scope and in-house laboratory and imaging services. As a physician-owned clinic, ideal candidates will be eager to work closely with the entire organization and become active participants in how the practice operates. As such, this is an opportunity to not only practice Family Medicine to its fullest, but to also have a voice in the overall direction of the clinics.   • Compensation is between $275,000 and $400,000 per year
  • Compensation has the potential to exceed $400,000 annually through additional earning opportunities
  • Benefit from a loan repayment/retention bonus program, with up to $100,000 disbursed over a four-year period.
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance is available
  • Comprehensive benefits including generous PTO, health, vision, dental and retirement
  • Supportive team environment with full-service laboratory and imaging services on site
  • Spanish and/or Russian language skills are highly desired, but not required
