Position Details

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care within licensure scope and community standards.
• Determine referral needs and urgency.
• Document all services in electronic health records.
• Participate in peer review, quality improvement, and patient care programs.
• Oversee mid-level staff including PAs, NPs, and residents.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Work flexible hours if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of community-based medical practice.
• MD or DO with California license and board eligibility within 1 year.
• Current CPR and DEA registration.
• Sensitivity to Native American culture.
• Knowledge of public health principles and managed care systems.
