Family Medicine physicians and allied health staff practice in a team environment and serve a large and diverse community at four practice sites.

The position is a continuity care practice, including population health management. Based on the interest of the applicant, there is opportunity to practice the full spectrum family medicine practice, including obstetrics/pediatrics/preventive service for all age groups, as well as acute care and hospital service responsibilities. Patient care responsibilities would be complemented by participation in education (medical school and/or residency) and research.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and have or able to obtain a Minnesota Medical License.
