Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive health care services to patients of all ages. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in family medicine, possessing a deep commitment to patient care and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing a full range of care, including but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease, health promotion, immunizations, care for acute and chronic illnesses, and overall wellness care.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to develop the best treatment plans for patients.
• Conducting routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues.
• Giving appropriate advice for healthy habits and preventive actions to promote overall health.
• Counseling patients about diet, exercise, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients and families.
• Keeping a patient-focused approach when providing care and treatment.
• Ensuring high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes through effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Managing patient care with specific knowledge and awareness of age-specific differences from newborns to the elderly.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine.
• Current, valid state medical license to practice.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in immunizations and vaccine counseling.
• Experience in preventive screenings and wellness care.
• Expertise in treatment planning and medication management.
• Proven ability to perform patient assessment and diagnosis.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage patient care in a busy outpatient setting.
• Exceptional understanding of family medicine principles and practices.
