Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a qualified clinician to provide direct patient care, evaluate medical conditions, and coordinate necessary diagnostics. You will order procedures, maintain accurate medical records, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements within the practice.

The role emphasizes leadership, evidence-based care, and effective collaboration with staff to ensure high-quality, fiscally responsible patient services. Experience in home health settings is preferred.
