Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its community health center in Long Island City, Queens, NY.

This full-time, direct-hire position provides comprehensive primary care across pediatric to adult patients in clinic and partner sites. You will supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support health equity and preventive care initiatives in the community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine; active DEA.
• Active NY medical license and NY Medicaid provider status.
• Minimum 2 years of Family Medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care, comprehensive well-care examinations, physicals, and gynecological care across pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient populations.
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions, write prescriptions, and inform patients regarding prescribed treatment plans.
• Direct the course of patient medical treatment, answer clinical inquiries, and manage electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in accordance with collaborative practice agreements, providing clinical guidance and technical support.
• Coordinate care through specialist referrals, case management, on-site behavioral health, and community advocacy resources.
• Participate in rotated shared call coverage, peer reviews, clinical guideline development, and quality improvement initiatives.

A dedicated community healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its health center in Long Island City, New York.

This direct-hire position provides comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population spanning pediatric, adolescent, and adult care. Working in both a clinic setting and partner community sites, you will deliver full-scope family medicine, supervise advanced practice providers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to advance health equity and preventative care in the community.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
