• Medical Degree : MD or DO
• Licensure : A valid license to practice medicine in the State of California, with no pending or previous disciplinary action from any state licensing entity
• Board Certification : Board certification or eligibility in primary care specialty (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
• Certifications : Current DEA license and BCLS certificate

Job Overview

Provide primary and preventive health care to all patients, including those with acute and chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, mental illness, and homelessness. Assess needs and prescribe treatment. Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers on our team.

Schedule :

• Expect to see approximately 18 patients per 8-hour day for face-to-face visits. Standards may vary for different types of visits, such as Telemedicine.
• Periodically serve on "on call" duty for the clinic, answering urgent calls from patients or other agencies outside regular hours, approximately once every 10-15 weeks.
