Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide locum tenens coverage in Lafayette, Indiana, with an outpatient clinic focus and a Monday–Friday 7:45a–5p schedule.

Start date ASAP and approximately 20 patients per day, with Indiana license, board certification, BLS and DEA required. Malpractice insurance and travel arrangements are typically handled by AMN Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Indiana state medical license required.
• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• BLS and DEA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine in a clinic setting.
• See patients Monday to Friday with a 7:45am–5:00pm schedule.
• Manage approximately 20 patients per day.
