Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage in Lafayette, Indiana. The role is outpatient in a clinic with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, typically seeing about 20 patients per day. Indiana state medical license, Board Certification, BLS and DEA are required.

AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and provides support with travel, lodging, rental cars, and transportation to help contractors focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Indiana state medical license required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• BLS and DEA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care in a clinic setting.
• See approximately 20 patients per day.
• Work Monday–Friday 7:45am–5:00pm in a clinic, outpatient scope.

*Scope: Outpatient

*State Licensure: Indiana state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
