Job summary

SourceMD is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician for an outpatient practice in the Hickory, NC area, about one hour from Charlotte.

The position offers a highly competitive salary with a wRVU bonus structure and a two-year salary guarantee, with potential to switch to productivity pay. Work hours are 8 AM–5 PM, four days per week, with no weekend, holiday, or evening hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice, dental, health, life, and disability insurance.
