Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking Family Medicine physicians to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Rocky Mount, NC. The position offers a 4.5-day work week, an employed role within a respected non-profit health system, and strong access to specialists.

Compensation includes a $260,000 guaranteed annual salary plus productivity and quality incentives targeting $300,000+ annually, with 7 weeks PTO, paid malpractice with tail, CME allowance, and a generous recruitment package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Experience in outpatient clinic with Epic EMR.
• Employed by a non-profit health system.
