Role Description

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, on-site position at our location in Lauderhill, FL. The physician will provide primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. This role entails delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to address community health needs. Additionally, the physician will develop individualized care plans and contribute to health education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primary Care and Family Medicine practices.
• Experience with community health services, medicine, and urgent care settings.
• Outstanding ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team and patient population.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty is required.
