AssociatesMD is seeking a dedicated bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This outpatient-focused role emphasizes building lasting relationships with patients and families in a community-centered practice.

You will work with in-house Cardiology and specialists, enjoy a true family atmosphere, and benefit from strong admin support and tech-enabled workflows that keep you focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Experience with managed care, quality metrics, HEDIS measures and risk adjustment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
• Desire long-term patient relationships and panel ownership.
• Thrives in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment with a human touch.

Who You Are

• Board-Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license
