Family Medicine Physician

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and health education to a diverse patient population.
• Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and minor in-office procedures.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, including the Epic EMR and DAX Copilot, to enhance patient care and clinical workflows.
• Maintain a shared call schedule to ensure availability for patient needs while supporting work-life balance.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to remain at the forefront of medical practices and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced physicians, a Physician Assistant, and a support staff to provide the highest level of care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff both verbally and in writing.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care with exceptional clinical judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Epic EMR systems.
• Previous experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with health informatics and telemedicine.
