PeaceHealth's Santa Clara Clinic in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative group of caregivers and deliver evidence-based care with an on-site lab.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, or foreign equivalent degree.
• US Family Medicine residency (ACGME/AOA) completed.
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative family medicine care in a clinic.
• Work with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine.
• Utilize on-site lab and Epic EMR system.

Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) Family Medicine physician to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.

• System-wide Epic EMR
• Guaranteed first-year income: Family Medicine = $307,673.60 (based on 1.0 FTE)
• Employment Bonus
• Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
• Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
• CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
