Description

Seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care, working directly with a team of clinicians to provide evidence-based, collaborative care in a medical clinic setting with on-site lab services.

PeaceHealth's Santa Clara Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics, and clinicians across Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove, and Florence. We offer the following opportunities:

• System-wide Epic EMR
• Guaranteed first-year income: Family Medicine = $294,673.60 (based on 1.0 FTE)
• Employment Bonus
• Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
• Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
• CME allowance: up to $3,300 per year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain one prior to hire)
