  • Current certification in American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (renewed annually).
  • 2 years of clinical medical practice in primary care preferred.
  • Willing to hold and maintain multiple state licenses and DEA.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to PCS-operated clinics across the country to deliver primary care.
  • Provide coverage during provider leave and clinic growth.
  • Document patient encounters in electronic health records.

Now, we're hiring a PRN Multi-Clinic Physician - a unique opportunity to care for Veterans in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as potentially other geographic regions.

What You'll Do
  • Travel to PCS-operated clinics across the country to deliver high-quality primary care
  • Provide coverage during provider leave, onboarding gaps, or clinic growth periods
  • Work closely with our VA-aligned care teams (PACT model) and Medical Director
  • Document patient encounters in the VA's VISTA/CPRS electronic health record system
  • Bring professionalism, adaptability, and heart to every clinic you serve
Who We're Looking For
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree (MD/DO)
  • Board-certified in family practice or internal medicine
  • 2 years of clinical medical practice in primary care preferred
  • Willing to hold and maintain multiple state licenses and DEA
  • Current certification in American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (to be renewed annually)
  • Ability to provide clinical leadership
  • Maintain a positive clinic culture by displaying an enthusiastic and encouraging demeanor
  • Excellent computer skills
  • VA experience is required
