Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Family Medicine physician for our Dallas/DFW area to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across in-office, testing centers, and tele-health settings.

You will manage a diverse patient panel, participate in Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to continuously improve patient outcomes. Texas licensure and board eligibility/certification plans are required, with opportunities to expand practice across states.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification prior to your One Medical start date.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification prior to your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role supporting our One Medical in DFW.

Relocation assistance may be available for this role.

The base salary range for this role is $214,300 - $256,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
