One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking current residents or fellows completing their training in 2026 or 2027 to join our full-time primary care team. You will practice in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment, with a 12-week onboarding, mentorship, and a learning plan designed to advance your clinical skills as you deliver high-quality care across in-office and telehealth settings.

Whatyou’llbe working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizationof your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensedinTexas,obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our Austinoffices. During your interview process, we willdeterminethe exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

The base salary range for this role is $235,100 - $264,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.Additionalpay may bedeterminedfor thosecandidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
