Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to all ages in a family medicine setting.
• Follow the office schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00–17:00; Tue/Thu 13:00–17:00.

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Office Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Patients Per Day: Average 10-25
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scope: Primary Care, All Ages
• State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
