Ridgeview-2 is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to deliver comprehensive, continuous care across all ages in Minnesota. You will diagnose, treat, and help prevent illnesses while promoting overall health in a community setting.

The role emphasizes preventive care, routine visits, immunizations, screenings, and coordination with specialists to optimize patient outcomes. MD/DO with residency and Minnesota license required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota.
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose & treat: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Preventive care & health maintenance: Provide routine wellness visits, immunizations, screening services, and risk assessments.
• Patient education & care coordination: Educate patients and families and coordinate care with other providers.

A Family Medicine Physician is a specialized medical doctor responsible for providing comprehensive, continuous healthcare services for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. Family Medicine Physicians diagnose, treat, and help prevent a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while promoting overall health and wellness.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate, Diagnose & Treat:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans for acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs.
• Preventive Care & Health Maintenance:Provide routine wellness visits, annual physicals, immunizations, screening services, and health risk assessments to promote long-term health.
• Patient Education & Care Coordination:Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans while coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A medical degree (MD or DO) followed by the successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Licensing: Must possess an active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Minnesota.
• Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
