Job summary

Medconnect in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a permanent full-time outpatient role at our clinic. See 18-23 patients daily; schedule Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with no weekends or on-call.

Active FL license or IMLC required; credentialing 30–45 days. We offer a base salary of $235,000 plus an annual bonus of 16.67% of salary, relocation assistance, paid malpractice with Tail, HSA, medical, PTO (18–37 days annually), 401k and CME allowance of

Qualifications

• License and board eligibility in Family Medicine required.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care in a clinic setting.
• Manage 18-23 patients per day across all ages; coordinate with APCs and Medical Assistants.
• Participate in credentialing process and maintain clinical quality and compliance.

• Specialty: Primary Care/Family Practice
• Type of Position: Permanent Full Time
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time. No weekends. No On-Call.
• Start Date: 45 days

• Patients Per day: Average of 18-23 per day. Seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants

• Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Compensation: Base Salary $235,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary. Total compensation of $275,000
