Job description

Join our team at Parkview Health as a Family Medicine Physician. We are actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join the largest standalone multi-specialty facility in Archbold, Ohio.

Position Details:

1. Full-time position with a minimum of 36 clinical hours per week.
2. Schedule: Monday 7:30am - 8pm (extended hours), Tuesday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm.
3. Flexible scheduling options such as 4/10s or half-days.
4. Call schedule: 1:4, very light, primarily telephone calls.
5. Outpatient role with options for rounding, OB, or nursing home care.
