Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group in Geneva, IL, is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join a 9‑physician team. You will provide patient‑centered care to individuals and families across all ages, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote wellness in a clinic‑based, EPIC‑driven environment.

Clinic hours are Mon–Thu 7:30am–6:30pm and Fri 7:30am–4pm, with 3–4 Saturdays per year; call 1 week, 5–6 weeks annually; privileges at NM Delnor Hospital.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine.
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure.

Job description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Geneva, IL, in the western suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. • Join a team of 9 Family Medicine Physicians
• Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:30pm Fridays 7:30am-4 pm Saturday 8:40am-12:40pm (only scheduled to work 3-4 Saturdays a year)
• Call responsibilities: 1 week of call, 5-6 weeks a year
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Privileges at NM Delnor Hospital
• Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services
• Nurse and certified medical assistant support
• EPIC electronic health system
• Salary Range: $260,000 - $330,000
