Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our Huntley, IL team. You will provide patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, manage a broad spectrum of health issues, and promote wellness in a clinic-based setting with a healthy work-life balance.

Join a team of 5 physicians, with clinic hours Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, on-site lab services, and support from nurses and medical assistants; hospital privileges

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine.
• Valid Illinois medical license or able to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians.
• Clinic hours Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM.
• Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 6 weeks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock.
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services.
• Nurse and certified medical assistant support.
• EPIC electronic health system.
