Beebe Healthcare in Delaware seeks a Core Faculty member to join our Family Medicine Residency Program. You will help shape the curriculum, supervise residents, and deliver high-quality patient care across all ages, including obstetrics where applicable.
Under the Program Director's leadership, you will mentor residents, participate in conferences, and ensure ACGME requirements are met within a robust, accredited program in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

Core Faculty will join an innovative family residency program in collaboration with the Program Director (PD) and other faculty members. You will be part of creating and shaping the family residency program. Under the direction of the PD for the Family Medicine Residency Program, core faculty members may serve as clinical leaders and resident mentors; assuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and patient care as part of a robust accredited residency program. Core Faculty members may dedicate time to residency training, ensuring that all ACGME requirements are met, while providing excellent clinical care.
Core faculty members must practice full spectrum family medicine including pediatrics, women's health, and inpatient. Family Medicine Obstetrics highly preferred
A. Patient Care - Faculty Member will provide high-quality patient care in a timely, cost-efficient manner to a broad range of patients consistent with the specialty of Family Medicine. Overall, the faculty member will spend clinical time (caring for patients from his/her own panel and supervising resident physicians. This will be in accordance with Beebe Healthcare requirements as outlined, but not limited to, the below:
