Job Overview

This full-time position offers a comprehensive practice with hospital and outpatient responsibilities, including family medicine with OB optional (with or without C-section capability).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a family medicine with OB optional model of care, collaborating with NP/PA partners in a team-based clinical practice.
• Provide hospital and outpatient care, including delivery and maternity services, at Mercy Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.
• Utilize extensive resources and support services, including onsite general surgery and outreach specialties such as orthopedics, cardiology, and urology.
• Participate in 24/7 Nurse Online Triage and be on call as required.

Practice Details

• State-of-the-art hospital facilities with a new emergency department, birthing center, private rooms, and expanded services since 2015.
• Market-leading compensation, relocation assistance, and a substantial benefits package, with a minimum of 6 weeks off annually.
• Work in a community of approximately 2,800 residents, located about 45 miles from Duluth and 110 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Qualifications
