Accolades Physician Resources invites a Family Medicine-OB physician to join a collaborative team in a central Kentucky college town. The role supports clinic on campus, obstetric services, ultrasound in clinic, and access to daVinci Xi surgical system with pediatric backup for C-sections.

The program includes a full-time W2 salary around six figures plus RVU bonuses, sign-on options, loan repayment assistance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and relocation support for a physician

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• OBGYN Fellowship required.
• Kentucky license or ability to obtain a Kentucky license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Family Medicine with OB care on campus and in clinic.
• Deliver gestations and manage prenatal/postpartum care.
• Collaborate with OB nurses, pediatricians, and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.

HOSPITAL

Daisy award winning 90-bed community hospital covers 4-county service area with 100,000 residents. Non-Profit, PSLF Qualified site has collegial physician leadership + experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), nursing staff & board certified specialists. Average 300 deliveries per year.

Role Overview

• Currently One OBGYN & Two Midwives on Staff
• 10 Days of Call Per Month
• 30 Minute Response Time
• Mon-Fri 8a.- 4:30p
• Clinic on Campus
• 10 Exam Rooms (1 utilized for procedures)
• Ultrasound in Clinic
• Average 25 daily patients at capacity
• Deliver Gestation Period 35 Weeks+
• Blocked OR Time Available
• daVinci Xi Surgical System
• Pediatricians Available to Attend C-Sections
• 2 Certified Lactation Counselors + 1 Certified Lactation Specialist to assist new mothers
• OB Nurses are NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified
• OB Nurses are certified in advanced fetal monitoring
