Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent primary care, working at the top of your licensure
• Deliver compassionate, appropriate, and effective care for various health conditions
• Manage patients with complex comorbidities
• Practice evidence-based medicine
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for individualized patient treatment

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant by AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
• Unrestricted licensure in Oregon prior to start date
• Current OR DEA certificate prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Primary care outpatient experience as an NP or PA

The salary range is $104,500 to $156,000 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and other factors.
