About the Position:

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join a hospital-employed, primary care practice in Mount Airy, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside boarded family medicine physicians and experienced CRNP’s in an established, collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with family medicine physicians and APP’s.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation and patient management.
