Deliver high-impact primarycare with a supportive, mission-driven team.We’re looking for a FamilyMedicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing care team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based care to a diverse patientpopulation, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-personhealth. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team—including a dedicated WholeHealth Coach—in a setting designed to support quality over quantity.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation:$140,000+ annual salary
• Patient Panel: 10–15patients per day — time to focus on what matters
• Schedule: Monday–Friday,with occasional regional after-hours coverage rotation
• Model of Care: Medical Homemodel with onsite lab and pharmacy for convenience

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-certified NP with abackground in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care

• Familiarity with EMR systems(NextGen preferred) and Medicare Advantage/HCC documentation
