Job summary

MFM Health in Danvers, MA is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of NP/PA experience to join our private Family Medicine practice. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care, collaborate with physicians, and support a range of health services from preventive care to chronic disease management in a busy North Shore clinic.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current NP or PA license and board certification.
• Massachusetts NP/PA license and DEA & MCSR registrations.
• Commitment to ongoing CME and professional development.
• Ability to work independently in ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient screenings and annual exams.
• Maintain accurate EMR and medical histories.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Review labs and imaging with follow-up as needed.
• Prescribe medications and therapies to improve outcomes.
• Treat acute illnesses and manage chronic diseases.
• Develop treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Provide well-child care and immunizations.
• Conduct gynecological exams and pap smears.
• Educate patients on health risk, prevention, and wellness.
• Coordinate care with other providers.
