Practice Details:

1. Brand new state of the art facility
2. Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation
3. 4 day week option
4. Average patient volume around 20 patients per day with built in "ramp up" period
5. No night or weekend responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

1. 2-year salary guarantee around $260K-280K+ (negotiable), plus RVU productivity bonus
2. $300-$350K+ proven income first year
3. $125K in recruitment incentives
