Job summary

Ascension Providence Family Medicine at Woodway in Waco, TX is seeking an LPN/LVN or comparable licensed nurse to support a busy Family and Pediatrics Clinic. The role focuses on patient intake, vital signs, and coordinating preventive care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program or current LPN/LVN license in Texas

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient intake process by capturing vital signs and health histories during clinical visits
• Coordinate preventive care and immunizations for families
• Manage patient inquiries, laboratory results, and pharmacy requests to ensure continuity of care
