Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a Board‑Certified/Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice in Crawfordsville, IN. The role offers a stable schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a flexible arrangement and an expected outpatient volume of roughly 18–20 patients per day.

You will work with three physicians and four nurse practitioners, sharing call 1:9 with a nurse triage system and supervising two internal medicine NPs.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO
• ACLS/BLS certification
• Indiana medical license or license in progress

Responsibilities

• Practice hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. (flexible schedule)
• Average outpatient volume: 18‑20 patients per day
• Shared call 1:9 with nurse triage system; oversee two internal medicine NPs
• Provide care for child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrine issues, hypertension, heart failure and other common diagnoses
