WellSpan Health is seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Medicine physician with teaching experience to join the ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program in Chambersburg, PA.

You will participate in resident recruitment and evaluation, shape the curriculum and rotations, and mentor residents in a 6-6-6 program, with the first class starting July 2025. The role offers strong academic and community engagement opportunities within WellSpan Health.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine and teaching experience required.
• ACGME residency experience preferred.
• Academic/clinical leadership and program development skills are desired.

Location: Chambersburg, PA - Driving Distance from Baltimore and Washington, D.C., halfway between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

WellSpan Health, a mission-driven, physician-led integrated health system, is seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Medicine physician with teaching experience to join our ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program in scenic Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

• Collaborate with two other FM residencies within the WellSpan system
