Practice Highlights

• Ambulatory Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Full-scope FM (OB not required)
• No inpatient responsibilities
• Adult medicine focus across sites
• Minimal, phone-only call — 1 week per quarter

Compensation

• Competitive base salary with productivity incentive
• Quality Incentive — 1% of base salary per metric (6–7 quality metrics available)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Training stipend available
• $10,000 relocation stipend
• Quality improvement projects count toward CME
